In this presentation, Mike Baxter talks about "Web Design 2.0 - the power of design patterns" Mike originally trained as a psychologist and then spent several years in user needs analysis before moving into product design. He was Professor of Design and Communication at Ravensbourne College in Kent before setting up saleslogiq.com in 2001. Mike has worked extensively with Econsultancy on research projects and is the author of "Online Retail: User Experience Benchmarks" now in its second edition.
