London – 29 April 2014 – Exponential Interactive, the global provider of advertising intelligence and digital media solutions, is to be the headline sponsor of the Internet Advertising Bureau UK’s flagship annual event, IAB Engage.

This year’s event marks the 10th anniversary of Engage, which launched in 2005 with a stellar cast of speakers including Bill Gates and Lord Puttnam. It garnered nationwide coverage as Gates pronounced that ‘the future of advertising is the internet’. Last year’s event attracted more than 800 advertisers, agencies, media owners and tech companies.

Philip Buxton, Exponential’s chief marketing officer, said: “I remember the first Engage as a defining moment for the digital industry. It was a wonder then to see how far online had come and its continued evolution and growth has been no less of an honour to witness. Ten years later, it is a privilege to be a part of the anniversary event, for which we know the IAB has some very big plans.”

Exponential represents a great fit for the IAB as they cover some of the biggest elements of the online advertising ecosystem: data, audience targeting and creative across display, video and mobile.”

Engage 2014 is being held at the Barbican Theatre, London on the 15th October.

In tandem, Exponential is also today announced as an associate partner of IAB Europe’s flagship annual event – IAB Interact – alongside Microsoft, AOL, Nielsen and comScore.

Interact 2014 is being held in Paris on the 20-21st May.
