The Interactive Media Awards (IMA) 2013 recognised Monarch Airlines (www.monarch.co.uk) and Sitecore (www.sitecore.net), the global leader in customer experience management software, by accrediting them with 2 Best in Class awards in the ‘Airline’ and ‘Transportation’ categories.
The Monarch Airlines website, built by Codehouse (www.codehousegroup.com), one of the most active Sitecore partners worldwide, was recognised for excelling in Design, Content, Feature Functionality, Usability, and Standards Compliance.
Codehouse, a multiple Sitecore award winner with a UK based team of Sitecore certified developers, delivered a feature rich Sitecore content managed website enabling Monarch Airlines to leverage Sitecore’s personalisation capabilities and serve relevant content in real time to website visitors via Sitecore’s Digital Marketing System (DMS).
These latest IMA awards add to Monarch’s multiple Sitecore awards which includes the prestigious Sitecore Site of the Year UK 2013 award.
