The New Year sees an important new hire for digital marketing agency, iCrossing as Tim Bax joins as the agency’s first Creative Director.
Bax’s remit is to integrate the agency’s existing content, design, social and user experience teams into a single Creative Department.
Bax joins from Proximity London BBDO, where he's been Head of Content for the past three years, working across accounts like Visa, Orange, P&G, Royal Mail and many more. He is passionate about all things creative - from the subtleties of visual design, animation and copy to the challenges of multi-platform digital storytelling. He will start in February.
This move is in line with the agency’s vision to build Connected Brands through complete multi-channel digital marketing.

Head of Art and Design, Marc Belle is also promoted to Associate Creative Director to support Bax in the restructure.
