TouchCommerce to launch its TouchChat™ solution at FTI’s portal brand 5vorFlug to increase conversion and revenue

AGOURA HILLS, CA and MUNICH, GERMANY – (January 7, 2014) – TouchCommerce, the innovative leader in custom online engagement solutions, announced today its partnership with FTI, one of the largest travel operators in Germany, to launch proactive and reactive chat features to better assist customers on their 5vorFlug brand page.

FTI plans to use TouchCommerce’s TouchChat™ solution at their portal brand 5vorFlug, where they sell Package Tours and Last-Minute Travels. By implementing chat, FTI’s own agents will be better equipped to assist their online customers, thereby increasing conversion and revenue. FTI chose TouchCommerce because of our complete chat solution package, which provides ongoing support and detailed customer analytics.

TouchCommerce's solution is integrated within the client's site to increase the interaction rate with their target visitors.
