Mobile World Congress, Barcelona – February 28, 2013: Mahindra Comviva, the global leader in providing mobile VAS solutions, today announced that it has partnered with Human Factors International, one of the world’s leading providers of user experience design services to bring great User Experience to the forefront for its product portfolio. This partnership will begin with selected products, including Self-care, and expand to cover the full portfolio.

Through a recent study jointly conducted by Human Factor International (HFI) and Mahindra Comviva, it was realized that consumers preferred mobile applications on their handsets to discover services and price plans and to subscribe and track usage. These applications also help operators to increase their engagement with end users in addition to enabling them to monetize revenue through Value Added Services (VAS).
