Leaders cited for providing extensive data handling, reporting and analysis, and integration capabilities by independent research firm

Maxymiser, the global expert in testing, personalisation and cross channel optimisation solutions for online businesses, was named as a leader in The Forrester Wave™: Online Testing Platforms, Q1 2013. In the 53-criteria evaluation of the seven most significant online testing vendors, Maxymiser was ranked highest in Strategy.

Maxymiser’s MaxTEST™ product was evaluated by Forrester Research. The report cited MaxTEST™ as “exhibiting consistently strong capabilities across all categories of online testing functionality, with particular depth in reporting and analysis.”

A key takeaway of the comprehensive report stated that online testing is poised for “a major expansion beyond on-site experimentation.” Online testing programmes must optimise the full customer experience and support a multichannel approach. According to the report, “[Maxymiser] has also been aggressive in supporting testing in mobile and social channels.”

“As testing continues to evolve from an IT-based solution to an enterprise SaaS solution, we’re thrilled that Forrester develops these comprehensive reports to help marketing professionals make informed decisions when faced with the daunting task of choosing a testing vendor,” explains Tim Brown, CEO of Maxymiser. “We believe our ability to innovate and lead the market in testing, as well as using complex data to provide bottom-line analysis and cross-channel optimisation, sets us apart from our competitors.”

During 2011 and 2012, Maxymiser experienced remarkable international growth – quadrupling its North American client base and adding many flagship clients across the UK & EMEA, including Tele2, ASDA, bwin.party, Charles Tyrwhitt, easyJet, HSBC and Virgin Media, to name a few.
