London UK, 20th December, 2012: Maxifier, the global leader in programmatic premium optimisation, today announced the appointment of Anthony Katsur, previously Chief Operating Officer at the company, as its new Chief Executive Officer, while former Chief Revenue Officer, Denise Colella, has taken on the newly created position of President. The appointments follow former CEO Jonathon Shaevitz’s decision to step down from his position after two successful years at the business.

Katsur and Colella, both recognised and respected ad tech veterans with more than 20 years’ combined experience, have played leading roles in the growth of Maxifier and the online advertising industry. Katsur is a seasoned executive and was responsible for building MediaMath’s TerminalOne algorithmic media buying platform, helping to drive the development of DSPs and RTB. Meanwhile, Colella led the international expansion of Right Media, introducing and launching the whole exchange concept into the global market.
