Design UK announces partnership with WebTrends
Lava online marketing suite to provide industry leading customer management tool
2 February 2005 - Digital agency, Design UK and WebTrends, the web analytics market share leader and a business unit of NetIQ, have signed a partnership agreement, which will provide online marketers with a powerful new solution for managing their businesses through Design UK’s online marketing suite, Lava.
Under the terms of the agreement, Lava, which includes Content Management, Intranet/Extranet, Ecommerce and Email Marketing facilities in a single package will be integrated with the customer tracking tool WebTrends 7.
Design UK’s proprietary product, Lava, is currently utilised by high profile clients including Butlins, Diesel and Hackett. The inclusion of WebTrends 7 with its visual analytics functionality will provide users with market leading customer tracking and search engine optimisation capabilities in addition to the personalisation offered by Lava. The combination is a unique and powerful online business management tool, which provides a single view of the customer – without the need to integrate disparate software.
