speed-trap selected to promote its e-business intelligence solution on the UK Trade & Investment stand at CeBit 2005 in Hanover
Newbury, Berkshire, January 25th, 2005 - After a competitive review of speed-trap’s products, technology and marketing competency, UK Trade & Investment has confirmed that speed-trap Limited’s bid to be one of the showcase companies on its stand at CeBit 2005 was successful. As a result, speed-trap has been invited to exhibit and demonstrate its e-business intelligence solutions on the UK Trade & Investment stand at CeBit 2005, Hanover, 10th – 16th March.
speed-trap’s client-side measurement technology, provides e-business intelligence solutions across a wide spectrum of on-line businesses, providing on-line companies with a total view of user experience and behaviour enabling marketing, operations and management executives of on-line enterprises to view, measure and manage every facet of their on-line business and applications.
The solutions’ unique strength is their ability to record every aspect of every on-line visitor’s experience and actions in a secure and privacy-conscious way. Armed with this unique dataset, and using speed-trap’s analysis and visualisation tools, users gain a new insight, enabling them to optimise their on-line presence and make bottom-line improvements to their business.
speed-trap markets its products via two product lines, the speed-trap e-intelligence suite (a set of point solutions aimed at specific on-line issues, such as form analysis, search engine analysis or usability studies) and the Prophet e-business suite, which provides a range of complete e-business analysis solutions with specific entry-level and enterprise-level products.
Commenting on being chosen and the objectives of its presence on the UK Trade & Investment stand, Malcolm Duckett, VP marketing for speed-trap said: “We’re delighted to be one of the select few companies to have had its bid to be a UK Trade & Investment showcase participant company accepted”. Duckett continued: “The on-line dash towards web-based sales and customer service while offering an immense opportunity for reduction in operational cost, and increase in customer reach, also raises some severe problems for any on-line business. Directing hard-won customers to a web site that undermines your brand or frustrates your visitors can be one of the worst decisions you might ever make. Any online business manager must be absolutely sure that they are delivering a solution and user experience that will support their brand & business objectives while realising the operational cost reductions they are seeking. They can only do that if they have a clear view of just how well their customers are being served by their web applications – and that is the view that Prophet provides.”
Discussing the importance of user experience to on-line brands, Simon Burton, VP sales at speed-trap added: “For anyone with an on-line operation as part of their business, customer experience is the yardstick upon which their brand will be judged, only Prophet’s unique capabilities provide the insight to ensure that the on-line experience delivered, actually meets the demands of the brand, and because of Prophet’s innovative design, it can be deployed at a fraction of the cost involved in deploying traditional solutions.”
speed-trap will demonstrate Prophet live on the UK Trade & Investment stand at CeBit 2005, showing how, via interactive dashboards, marketers, e-business management personnel and operations staff, can have a comprehensive view of each and every visitor to their website.
speed-trap invented client-side data collection. The company provides technology and solutions that provide accurate, real-time and complete data on the interactions between customers and web sites applications.
speed-trap’s unique and patented client-side data gathering technology provides insight and data, which is being used by on-line organisations to drive and monitor their on-line marketing activity including the monitoring, measurement and management of key on-line business.
