ValueClick Europe is entering into partnership with mobile software provider Picsel to produce a mobile version of Pricerunner's website.

Customers can download the application free from pricerunner.co.uk, and will see a full colour mini version of the site with full functionality.

ValueClick Europe CEO Carl White claims this will be the first mobile site of its kind:

"By working with Picsel, ValueClick has realised our aim of delivering the world's first free, mobile price comparison service. The alliance with Picsel represents tremendous scope for all the ValueClick businesses – not just for PriceRunner but for our other companies that focus on driving revenue for brands through digital advertising.”

The mobile service is to be piloted in the UK early this year, then rolled out to Sweden, Germany, France and the US over the next 12 months.
