You’ll be working with Deputy Editor Christopher Ratcliff, Social Media Manager David Moth, and me to create some great articles on digital marketing and ecommerce.

In addition, you’ll work closely with the rest of the Econsultancy team, as well as sister brands including Marketing Week and Creative Review.

The ideal candidate will have many, if not all, of the qualities outlined in this post, and an understanding of what this blog is about will certainly help.

We’re not in the business of churning out news, short opinion pieces, or rewrites. Instead, we want orginal and unique content.

Evergreen content is what has worked for us, and it’s a lot more interesting to write. There are plenty of ways to produce it too.

You don’t necessarily have to be a trained journalist, we’re interested in whether you can write well, though we want you to be fascinated by the world of digital and ecommerce, as we are.

Oh, and if it helps, you’ll be working with Nicolas Cage…

To see more details about the role, and to apply, just follow the link to the job description, and send links to some examples of your writing.
