E-consultancy is offering a free copy of an affiliate marketing report to those who complete an online survey which is live  until 4 September.

The survey is most relevant for UK merchants and UK agencies directly involved with affiliate marketing, although others are welcome to sign up for a copy of the report and give their thoughts about industry trends.

This research, which is sponsored by affiliate marketing network buy.at, looks at the effectiveness of affiliate marketing, resourcing, budgets and challenges.

At the start of this year we published the widely read UK Affiliate Census Report which we produced in association with Affiliate Pogram Advice.

The census was all about affiliates while this piece of research is more geared towards the merchant and agency perspective. Having said that, we are still very keen to hear from affiliates about their latest views.

Almost 700 people have already responded to this research request which puts paid to the myth that everyone is out of action in August. The internet marketing train never seems to stop ...

We are already very excited by the data this report is going to give us about the UK affiliate marketing industry. Of course, the more people who do the survey, the better the research will be.

I will be presenting the research findings at Affiliate Summit London which is taking place on 28 September at Olympia Conference Centre.

It's great news that Shawn Collins and Missy Ward are bringing this event to London. Those we know who have made the pilgrimage for the event in Las Vegas have always been very impressed (and not just by the casinos and nightlife out there;-)).
