Hi: I run www.bcu.ac.uk and we use GA.
The biggest challenge is that they only over you 4 goals - and so you can only measure the success of the site in converting visitors into 4 types of action takers. That and the fact that good ol' Google now has access to all of our stats... - but then considering the usual pace that Uni IT departments get things changed we really had no choice but to use them...
